This is one of the major frustrations the general public expresses when dealing with real estate agents. I get dozens of calls and emails every day, and I work hard to reply as quickly as possible.
I've met REALTORS® who are jerks. Are you?
That totally depends on who you ask....if you ask someone who has stood between me and the best interests of my clients, they'll probably say "yes." My mom thinks I'm awesome. Most people's opinion falls somewhere in between, and I think most of them are closer to the "awesome" opinion than the "jerk" opinion. At least I hope so!
Here's what I can tell you for sure: I'll be honest with you. I may not tell you what you want to hear, but I'll tell you what you need to hear. I take pride in being friendly, approachable, open, and honest. I'm fiercely loyal to my family, friends, and clients.
Do you have experience doing what I need?
Until you tell me what you need, I can't really answer that question. I can tell you that I absolutely love working with buyers. Most people are excited to be looking for a new house. And that's amplified even more when they are looking for their very first house. But I also enjoy working with sellers. Sometimes the reasons for selling aren't happy ones, maybe due to a death, divorce, or losing a job. But there are lots of times that sellers are happy to be moving. Maybe it's for a job promotion or growing their family. Whatever your reason is for moving, I want to share in your emotions. But I also want to be that voice of reason that reminds you that buying and selling are both business decisions, and to not allow your emotions to cloud your judgement.

OK, tell us about your awards...
Well, if you insist! In 2016, I earned my way into Coldwell Banker's International Sterling Society. In 2017, I stepped it up a notch and made it into the International Diamond Society. I ranked #57 in the Baltimore Metro region, and #7 in my sales office. In 2016, I earned all three sections of the Falcon Award, which honors agents on the Customer Engagement Team according to sales volume, gross commission earned, and number of transactions. I did it again in 2017. And I don't plan on slowing down any time soon!
